REGIONAL PRODUCT FAIR

Do you remember the days when the flavors of summer were preserved in jars as preserves? Nothing tasted as good as homemade pickled cucumbers, pears from compote, or tomato soup made from your own puree. Today, some people still cultivate this art, but most of us choose to shop instead. Lovers of homemade flavors, traditional recipes, and home cooking are invited to the next edition of the Regional Products Fair. For four days, regional food producers from Poland and abroad invite you to celebrate flavors and aromas. The offer includes cold cuts, cheeses, sweets, baked goods, honey, and international specialties. There will also be plenty of delicatessen products. Of course, there will also be “homemade” pickled cucumbers, accompanied, as usual, by heavenly tasting slices of bread with lard. It’s worth stocking up! The second half of November is the perfect time for comfort food, small culinary pleasures, and hot tea with lemon and honey.
