Blue Office is a B+ class office space located in the Blue City Shopping Centre complex at Aleje Jerozolimskie 179 in Warsaw. The facility offers over 32,000 sq. m of office space for rent, in modules from 500 sq. m to 4,500 sq. m, split over five floors.

Due to its close proximity to the shopping centre, the office complex employees have access to numerous facilities, such as shops, restaurants, coffee houses, medical centre and fitness club. Additionally, Blue Office offers a number of innovative facilities which enhance employees’ feelings of comfort at work, such as a green relaxation zone and chillout room. Employees and visitors also have access to a free car park.

Only 5 office floors are located in the building, along with a large number of lifts and three entrances (from the street, through the shopping center and from the parking lot), in order to prevent traffic congestion. Large office spaces (up to 4,500 m² on one floor) allow the distribution of employees at large distances from each other.

Access to 25 restaurants in the shopping center eliminates the problem of queues in front of the canteen. In addition, the space is much higher than in other office buildings (even up to 4.6 m), which, combined with a very high ventilation capacity of 30 m³/h/person at a density of 10 m²/person, enables optimal air circulation.
