REGIONAL PRODUCTS FAIR

The Early Fall Regional Products Fair entices visitors with a blend of the finest flavors and aromas. It’s getting cooler outside, so we’re more eager to seek out bold, warming dishes and drinks. The delicacies available at the fair will appeal to all food lovers, and you’ll be able to use them to prepare both a hearty meal and an exquisite dinner for family and guests. At the upcoming fair, you’ll find fragrant Podlasie cured meats and smoked fish. There’ll be no shortage of country cheeses from Korycin and oscypek from Kościelisko. Regional potato dumplings – kartacze and slices of bread with country lard will delight your palate. Of course, you’ll also find something for dessert—come try our cakes and doughnuts, as well as dried fruit. Sun-kissed honeys are just the thing for autumn colds and the blues. And lovers of cuisines from around the world will be able to stock up on fiery Hungarian salami and paprikash, as well as products from Azerbaijan.
