REGIONAL PRODUCTS FAIR

We open the season of garden parties and outdoor events! At the fair, as usual, you will buy the highest quality regional products from Poland and abroad, which will be great for your May table! For 4 days, exhibitors will be waiting with typically Polish flavors – cold meats, cheeses, oscypek, smoked fish and baked goods, including bread rolls with lard. The warmer it gets outside the window, the less we feel like standing in the kitchen. Therefore, an excellent option may be to take advantage of the ready-made offerings – there will be kartacz and Hungarian paprikash. A plate of variety will also be complemented by salami, and for a snack you can choose olives from Azerbaijan or dried fruits. No meeting can do without sweets. We have taken care of that as well. Sweet baked goods – cakes and doughnuts and challah – will be available at the fair. An abundance of honey is also awaiting us. The weather this year is quite capricious, so it is always a good idea to have a jar of honey on hand, perfect for tea, a selection of which you will also find with us. The spring party will be perfectly topped off with a selection of French wines. Come and join us!
