Regional Products Fair

One thing Blue City’s customers can be sure of – that at least once a month they meet their favourite products at the Regional Products Fair. Although there is some variety, the core of sellers who have been coming to Blue City with their products for several years remains the same. They return because they know they have a group of regular customers. Some purchase their cold meats here, wanting to avoid preservatives, but also looking for the flavours of their childhood. Others come back for the handmade cheeses, especially as they can get such classics as certified Korycin cheese or goat’s cheese from an organic farm. Still others drop in for lunch – seemingly bought, yet homemade.
