The Regional Products Fair

The Regional Products Fair is probably the longest running food fair in Warsaw. Some exhibitors have been returning monthly to meet Blue City customers for more than a dozen years. Not only do they sell their wares, but they also bring fresh, handmade, and often organic products into the heart of Warsaw. The fair is famous for its wide selection of products “as they were years ago,” which no one makes at home anymore today (and certainly not in the city) – meats smoked in home smokehouses, homemade lard with toppings such as apples and onions, or cheeses. Nonetheless, no edition can lack flavors from abroad – during the April edition it will be Azerbaijan and Hungary.
