Regional Products Fair

Local manufacturers invite you to get to know regional products. During the fair, everyone
who appreciates traditional recipes and healthy dishes will be able to buy cooked meats, fish
pâtés, country cheese from Korycin, goat’s cheese, “oscypek”, “bundz” (traditional Polish
kinds of cheese), sourdough bread and many other natural delicacies. For lovers of home
cooking, the October Fair will also be an opportunity to buy delicious lard,
“kartacze”(traditional Polish dish), pancakes and dumplings. International cuisine enthusiasts
are welcome to try cooked meats, cheeses, olives, sweets and other products from Hungary,
Greece, Turkey and Azerbaijan.
