Local Products Fair

Fresh cheese straight from the farmers? Honey from eastern Poland’s apiaries? Or perhaps smoked traditional cold cuts and fish? All enthusiasts of good, natural, and local food are invited to the Local Products Fair.

Lovers of natural food can stock up on bread baked with natural sourdough, cold cuts, pâtés, fish, goose, goat cheese from Korycin and Podhale, homemade dishes and cakes, preserves, and traditional Polish liqueurs. Among the exhibitors are also beekeepers from apiaries offering the highest quality honey.

In May, the fair will host exhibitors offering Italian products (cheese, olives, wine), Hungarian products (sausages, vegetable pastes, spices, wine), and Azerbaijani products (candied fruits, teas, olives, halvas, and other eastern sweets).

The Local Products Fair in Blue City is an opportunity not only to taste and purchase products offered by exhibitors but also to learn about their origins and methods of production.
