Blue City is a fourth-generation shopping centre, built and managed by Blue City, sp. z o.o., whose chairman is Amnon Shiboleth. The total leasable area of the centre is approximately 65,000 sq m, At the same time, the company owns and manages the office space located in the shopping centre complex, which is over 33,000 sq m in size.

Blue City is managed by a team of professionals with many years of experience in managing shopping centres. It is headed by Yoram Reshef, who has been awarded several times as the best shopping centre manager in Poland. He has been involved in the Polish real estate market since 1995.

The centre was opened in 2004. Its silhouette with a monumental dome and atrium at the central point and an extensive patio at the lowest level stood out in the local landscape from the beginning. In 2018, the company decided to carry out a redevelopment of almost 22,000 sq m of the centre’s space. In 2024, an ESG strategy was announced, according to which the complex is undergoing continuous eco-friendly upgrades. Blue City has a BREEAM In-Use certificate, at a very good level.

Currently, there are around 200 tenants operating in Blue City. A total of around 1,500 people work in the shopping centre.
