We’re kicking off the school year with a used book fair. We invite children and teens to pick up their required reading, and adults to hunt for some fall reading material. Remember that reading and listening to music have a huge impact on reducing stress, improving mood, and supporting the development of memory and concentration. The youngest readers learn many new words and gain a better understanding of the world. So it’s worth cultivating these pleasures so they become daily habits.
