For several years, the Regional Products Fair has provided Blue City customers with access to products that need no introduction, such as oscypki or Korycin cheese, but also takes them on a culinary journey through rarer tastes – just to mention kulebiak or biłgorajski pieróg. However, the fairs have yet another function – they come to the rescue when time is short, whether there is not enough time to bake a homemade cake or to pickle cucumbers in season. In addition, they can inspire – to look for new flavours, to cook, but not only.
Shopping at this year’s first edition of the Regional Products Fair can be a great excuse to invite friends to a carnival house party. Whether you fancy nibbling on wine with olives and blue cheese, or yearn for good old fashioned sausage nibbles or artisanal lard with apples and onions. A party without having to stand in the kitchen ready, an impression: bricked.
