Regional Product Fair
The early autumn Regional Products Fair tempts with a mixture of the best flavours and aromas. As it is getting colder outside, we are more likely to look for distinctive, warming food and drinks. The delicacies available at the fair will appeal to all tastes and can be used to prepare both a filling meal and an exquisite supper for family and guests. In the upcoming edition, you will be able to buy aromatic Podlasie cold meats and smoked fish. There will be no shortage of country cheeses from Korycin and oscypek from Kościelisko. Your palates will be delighted by regional potato dumplings or slices of bread with country lard. Of course, you will also find something for dessert – cakes and doughnuts, as well as dried fruit. And for those with autumn colds and a lack of mood, there’s honey with the scent of sunshine. And lovers of cuisine from different parts of the world will be able to stock up on fiery Hungarian salami and paprikash and products from Azerbaijan. And to top it all off, there will be a selection of French wines. We assure you that once you’ve shopped, the coming autumn will become fearless.
